I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your services here at the 400 North brand Building in the city of Glendale. I would also like to extend my thanks to Dennis, whose patience, vast refrigeration knowledge, and experience enabled him to troubleshoot the problem with the water source heat pump located on the 9th floor Verdugo Banking area. In addition to his knowledge, I would also like to commend his professional attitude and concern for safety. But the best part is that my tenant area was left in as good or better condition than when he first arrived. So, way to go Dennis! I would also like to add that your company’s installation work is very formidable. I’ve noticed this because of the annual maintenance that I am performing on the heat pumps. I could honestly say that your company, and Dennis, will come in highly recommended for future installations at the 450 North Brand Building.
