I’m writing this short note to you to express my satisfaction with one of your employees. Yesterday, I had made a service appointment with Circulating Air. During the window of time for my appointment, your service representative arrived and introduced himself and proceeded to check various systems and clean the filter. He then spent quite a bit of time on the roof inspecting the heat pump on the roof of the building.

I know nothing about all this machinery but my impression was that he was not only a nice guy but very competent and extremely thorough with his inspection and repair work. I believe that I’ll get another few years out of my system even though it’s 25 years old.
