I have been using your company for the last 18 years. I have always been completely happy with your service technicians and quality of product. I have referred your company to family and friends for many years.

Last night, we had a power outage for several hours. We didn’t go to sleep until 2:00 AM and slept in quite late. I woke up to find my air conditioner was blowing air, but the house was 80 degrees. I have several medical conditions in which the heat affects my ability to breathe.

I called your office and the woman on the phone told me that a service man could be here Friday. I explained my health situation, and she arranged for me to speak to the technician (Marcos) immediately. He advised me over the phone about several options to fix the problem. Due to my “domestically impaired” capabilities, Marcos came over within 15 minutes. He showed me how to fix the circuit breaker, and then stayed to verify that the unit was blowing out cold air.

In the past, we have had Scott Hansen and Jaime Castro who worked with our contractor’s tight schedule to insure that a new unit would be installed quickly and efficiently.

I just want to bring to your attention the professionalism, dedication and compassion that your employees provide to your customers. You should be proud of them. I will continue to use your service and recommend you.
