Fairplex Trade and Conference Center

This project is a 46,016-square-foot single story conference center. The conference center consists of pre-function space with a Ballroom, Conference Room, Board Room, Meeting Rooms and a Cafe-Business center. A kitchen supports the food preparation requirements for the various gathering rooms. The rooftop HVAC equipment is 236 tons. The scope included both kitchen hood exhaust and duct systems.
