This Design-Build project is a 3-level 93,750-square-foot Science Building. The project includes construction of lecture halls, classrooms, science labs and clean rooms. HVAC system consists of AHU, fan coil, split systems, VAV and fan powered terminal boxes, lab exhaust fans, chilled and heating hot water piping. Air distribution system including stainless steel welded fume hood exhaust ductwork, DDC control system and Phoenix Laboratory Air Flow Control System.
