LAUSD – South Region Middle School

This project is a 132,000-square-feet, Type II, 53-classroom Middle School. Building One has three (3) stories and an extensive perforated metal paneling on its’ exterior. Building Two has two (2) stories and a subterranean parking garage. All HVAC equipment including duct work, diffusers, and building management systems were furnished and installed. Also included were kitchen hood, grease exhaust and make-up air systems. The project included underground ventilation systems and Carbon Monoxide Detection.
